The impact tunnel quick freezing machine is a new type of high-efficiency single body quick freezing device with a new structure. The high-speed low-temperature airflow is vertically sprayed on the upper and lower surfaces of the frozen product, causing the surface of the frozen product to quickly freeze, locking in internal moisture to reduce dry consumption and maintain the best quality of the frozen product;
